To increase participation by providing more specialist coaching in Primary schools.

To continue as a club to set high standards of behaviour in relation to the watching and
playing of youth football and set an example in which other clubs can follow.

To continue to develop and improve community links with schools, businesses and other
organisations to help with training facilities and the long term sustainability of the club.

To provide continued professional development for our coaching team to help expand their
knowledge and improve our training programme.

To develop better lines of communication within the club helping to promote our clubs ethos
along with team news and club events.

To promote the club more within the wider community to help expand our out reach and
