The members of the club agree to Soccerscool’s ethos and code of conduct.

Soccerscool the business and Soccerscool FC are two distinct bodies that work together to
provide the opportunity to the children of club members to play football in a safe but competitive
environment.
*
The Soccerscool business is responsible for the training and development of the players and the
management of the club’s teams.
*
The name Soccerscool is registered to the business.
*
Team colours and kit are the responsibility of the Soccerscool business.
*
The club is a non-profit organisation and is responsible for overseeing the well-being of the
club’s players. This includes:
o
Adopting, implementing and managing the FA’s child protection policy across all
Soccerscool activities
o
Sourcing, paying and managing the insurance of players and coaches
o
Affiliation to the football association and managing that relationship.
o
Cost and Hiring of training facilities.
o
Registration of the club for all leagues and competitions, match & referee fees and
representation on league bodies

The club will raise funds through subscriptions, sponsorship, grants and events & activities in
order to meet its obligations.
*
Surplus funds can be directed towards coaches and children for footballing matters or carried
over to future seasons.
*
The club is responsible for organising member events and activities.
*
There shall be one permanent member of the Soccerscool FC committee from the Soccerscool
business.
*
The Soccerscool FC committee shall:
o
Meet a minimum of four times a year
o
Be broadly representative of the team age groups
o
Provide feedback on the Soccerscool experience for children & parents
o
Fulfil its obligations as set out above
